The hotel itself is grand, reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Location ideal.
The shortfall comes from our dining experiences. Staff were not trained on allergens and could not explain what the letters meant on each placard during the breakfast buffet.
It was impossible to think cheese and vegetables and fresh fish would contain gluten/wheat (A). Each card indicated that A was present on all food items.
Made for a very stressful morning, with one of our members not eating.

Our room was very nice. The windows & shutters need fixing. The windows need mosquito nets so they can be left open at night.
There is a great variety for breakfast. Breakfast staff are very helpful and courteous. Met a young man from the Philippines who is very courteous and very helpful. Greets every guest with "good morning", enjoy your breakfast, may I help you etc. I believe his name is Alvien. Would recomend the hotel to others.

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and it’s located right on the main street. The breakfast buffet was great. The dinner buffet was okay but they should have brought out fresh food throughout vs just at the beginning. We really enjoyed the wellness area with jacuzzis and sauna. I’d recommend this hotel to others. Seaview is nice but you will get some noise from the street so garden view is best, in my opinion.
We were here for 2 nights, 3 persona. The room was in bed condition, and needed to be renovated. The biggest problem we had was air-conditioning, it was not working at all. We asked a few times to fix it, and staff at the lobby promised to fix it, but nothing was changed.
